Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your order is placed, it is typically processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, your package will be shipped via the method selected at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. All goods must be signed for upon delivery.

If you are unable to receive your delivery in person, please suggest an alternative recipient (e.g., a family member, colleague).

Note: mdfthebohocraft is not responsible for goods signed for by an alternative recipient or for any damage occurring after delivery.

Domestic & International Shipping

We offer both domestic and international shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method. While we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to potential delays caused by postal services, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees & Customs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and weight of your order, and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Failed Deliveries & Returns

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided or failure to collect the package, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping at your expense.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damage or verification of non-delivery to process a replacement or refund.

Important: Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for a replacement for damaged, incorrect, or defective items, please follow the steps below:

  • Record a clear, unedited video of the parcel being opened, showing the full product details while it is still in its original packaging.
  • Include clear images of any damage or errors.
  • Send the video and images to us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

If the required unboxing video is not received within 24 hours of delivery, we will not be able to process a replacement or refund.
