We kindly request that you send us a clear and continuous parcel opening video, without any cuts or pauses, showing the product while it is still in its original packaging. The video should clearly capture the issue—whether the product is incorrect, different, or damaged. Additionally, please include images of the defective or damaged product as received. You can share the video and images with our customer support team via email or WhatsApp.

To be eligible for a replacement, the unboxing video must be sent within 24 hours of delivery. If we are not informed within this timeframe, no replacement or refund will be processed.

Returns Policy

At mdfthebohocraft, we strive to provide the best DIY experience. However, we do not accept returns once a product is delivered unless it is damaged, defective, or incorrect as per our replacement guidelines above.

Refund Policy

  • A refund will only be processed after a full inspection of the returned product by mdfthebohocraft to ensure it meets our replacement and return criteria.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be completed within 7 working days from the date the return is approved.
  • For all the orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer (details must be provided by the customer).
  • For prepaid orders, if the customer refuses the parcel at delivery, a refund will be initiated excluding the delivery charges.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
  • A 5% payment gateway fee + transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
